With the sounds of the ocean nearby, this location lends itself to a energising and healing space for Acupuncture and TCM consultations.
There is a professional Reformer machine, mirrors and a selection of exercise equipment to help you achieve your goals.
I am available here for Private Pilates, Acupuncture and TCM consultations.
Health Space
Health Space Mona Vale, first established in 2011 is centrally located in the heart of Mona Vale. The clinic is a busy multidisciplinary clinic, encompassing ten treatment rooms, plus a yoga, pilates and rehab studio along with an infrared sauna.
