Pilates is a total body workout designed to improve muscle strength, tone and flexibility. Great emphasis is placed on precise technique and alignment to achieve postural balance, body awareness, core strength, control, flowing movement while using the breath to centre the mind.  

I enjoy working one on one with clients to connect them to their bodies and potential. I do this at their home or at my home studio where I have a reformer and small apparatus. I also love teaching in group environments, for corporations and corporate events.
